Procedures on scoping for IP Surveillance Camera Project

* Determine the Main Distribution Frame (MDF).

* Ask the client on where is the desired location for the surveillance cam.

* Suggest or recommend the right type of surveillance cam to the client.


1. Dome Type
2. Directional Type
3. Pan Type

Note: Assess the location if it should be indoor or outdoor and if it should be placed on what floor of the building.

* Estimate how far (in meters) would be the location of the surveillance cam from the MDF.

* Request for a blueprint of the building.
